I went into setup and set the Boot seq to boot from the CD-Rom 1st and installed Window XP install cd drive. For some reason this one PC go to the CD-Rom 1st but it just keeps going and boots form the HD.
    Any ideas?

Watch the screen carefully at boot.
It will process the bios then display
'press any key to boot from CD'
You must press any key at this time or the system will march on and boot from hard drive.
Watch carefully - you don't get long.

I know, but 'press any key to boot from CD' never is displayed. I see it on other loads but for some reason not on this PC.

try tapping the space bar as the boot transfers from bios to OS.
Also try positively disabling any other boot in bios. You did remember to press save changes and exit and then yes to the confirmation. didn't you ?

Thanks. I will try the space bar as the boot transfers from bios to OS, and yes I did save it.
