Anyways prices are overinflated by 100$ because the scarcity of the available item, regular price for that vid is 499$

 

Errm how is it oldnews when it hasn't even came out in stores yet But yeah I'm talking about the card in the link

 

I meant that it was already known that Nvidia was gonna present the 7800 series in the begining of the month, then the specs were leaked week or so before they made the annoucement on June 21/22 (forgot which date). The day before its official ignaguration (21/22) asian websites already had the scores for SLI and single cards. Day of ignaguration there were plenty of scores and "pre" reviews for it. The speed of the internet moves way fast. Also its been out in stores for a few days.

I wouldn't bother with it for now, since the GTX is the "GT" of the series, meaning when its brothers come out the GTX will be 499, the Ultra will be 599 and the vanilla will be 399. Plus ATI hasn't taken out its guns yet with its new line. I've taken alot of falls for new marketing hype, specially back in the voodoo age, and trusting the sales rep to help me out with hardware http://forums.majorgeeks.com/images/smilies/rolleyes.gif.
