GFX issue?????

Ok, I have an oldish system. The cpu fan spins as well as the case and the HDD. I can hear the HDD spin up. The South Bridge power light comes on so I know that the entire board is getting power, but i am not getting any video off of my video card(no onboard). I have fixed this several times before by clearing the cmos unplugging everything and letting it sit for about one hour and then plug ebreythin else back in. But that is not wroking this time.

Also I forgot to mention that I do not get post beeps. Even after i had fixed this problem before, no POST beeps.

Any suggestions?

 

Did you ever get POST beeps back when the computer was working?

 

not that I can remember. I follow the speaker wire that plugs into the mobo and it leads to where the power switch is but I do not see a speaker. I have tried multiple gfx cards, AGP and PCI(not express) and it does not work, has the video contoller burnt out?
