    Hi folks! Can anyone tell me how I can open .GHO files without Norton installed on my computer please:confused

    You need to run Ghost to open .GHO files.
    Do you have a Ghost boot CD? Boot from that and you can use it to install the .GHO files back on the computer the image was taken from.

    Is it possible to change the extension like you can jpeg images or something?

    You can open them with Ghost Explorer.
    Try
    http://symantec-ghost-explorer.software.informer.com/
    You can extract images from gho files using Ghost Explorer, is that what your trying?

    OR I found this but never tried it:
    "WinRAR (I'm using v3.60 beta8) will open Ghost Images. The tool is excellent: it will open images which even Norton's own utility will not! (e.g. corrupted images) NB: For large images it may take even several minutes to load everything.
    WinRAR I think can be obtained shareware, test if it opens your image, and if so, it's not expensive!"
