GIF animations ???

is ther an easy way to use gif animated to add to email--like the smilys major ) but from my own download files??
i got some downloaded to photoshop (adobe) now i dont kno what to do w/it? first time geting my feet wet in computr graphics.... any not too technical help might be appreciated...
i also like to kno the trick to do animated avitars ???

I personally just "save image as" and use it from pictures.

 

This one (Unfreez) works for compiling all of the .gifs into a single file.

I forgot that Microsoft had a gif animator.
