Gimp clone and healing tools

    I have installed 2.6. Added a few extra scripts. Everything worked at first, or so I thought. However, now the heal and clone tools in the Gimp Tool Kit only work part of the time. Maybe with one picture, but not the next. Sometimes halfway throught the picture that I'm working on. Is there a compatability issue here? I have Windows 7 operating system. 4 G ram.
