I have them both but do these two software belong on Windows 10 or is it nothing but trouble?

You don't provide any information on what problems you are having which would cause you to use these utilities, and they are not restricted to Win 10. What system are you running them on?

As Ewen said these programs are not restricted to Windows 10. In my personal opinion, I would stick with Wisecare 365 pro and uninstall glary utilities pro.

Are either of them really needed? I prefer to "optimize" my system and write down what I do; if something breaks, I can undo my mistake.

I can't find any review for the Pro version only for Wise Care 360.

Yes I know but can you benefit from these "Optimizers" or should you leave them alone(have already purchased Wisecare 365 & got Glary Utilities as a giveaway), could I use them to clean instead of Ccleaner or should I let Windows 10 maintain it self.:(

I have used all 3 programs you list, Glary, Wise and CCleaner. I have also ran them in different order. And changed the order running again. Each time 1 will pick up something the others didn't. Of all, I have seen Glary delete a shortcut to a program I use , and I saw it quick because I use the program often. So I did quit running Glary. Don't run 10 so I'm not sure how it cleans itself up. Your browser should offer to delete the temporary files on closing. Maybe cookies also. Maybe private browsing.
I let the cache build for 2 maybe even 3 months at a time and have no problem. Some sites will tell the visitors if you have a problem, clear the internet cache and try again. I've never had to do it! The reg clean on either of these I would only run after un-installing a software package to check for sloppy un-installs of the software. As for defrag, I don't do it and don't select it on any scan any of these softwares offer.

Run them in different orders and as plodr does, keep notes. See if one finds more than the others and see how the computer runs after each. Wait a while - a week or two- then try a different order. Then Compare!
