GLB1A2B in Temp files

Ok and body know what this file does or is ( GLB1A2B ),some say its a virus or spyware or just plain old nothing. Everytime I download sometime it pops up in my temp files so I just delete it and I never see it again till I download something from the net and bam there it is again. I cannot find this file on my systems anywhere,but if I do a download it pops out of no where and goes to me temp file. And Ideal what's happing here,just curious.

do you have Ad-Aware? as from what I read that file is possibly the uninstaller for ad-aware updates and dumps it in temp folders as I erase my temp folders on shutdown its not their but that file is in my prefetch folder.
