Hi All,

Had a few suspicious e-mails from the above mentioned site, stupidly clicked on the links took me to a site saying

Something has triggered missing webpage on your website.

This is the default 404 error page for nginx that is distributed with EPEL. It is located /usr/share/nginx/html/404.html

You should customize this error page for your own site or edit the error_page directive in the nginx configuration file /etc/nginx/nginx.conf.

except I don't have a website. Anyone know anything about any of this? is it spam or phising email? anyone know if this is a geniune site or anything else they can tell me?

 

I never have seen any kinda emails like that.

Never open any emails you don't recognize plain and simple.

If you got an email like that i would recommend on doing a full system scan.

It is best to be safe then sorry.Unless you know the person or place that is sending you an email don't open any others most likely it could be spam,or virus or malware.

This is excellent advice from Goldenskull. People who email you and wish to to harm; count on the count on the fact that many, many computer using e-mail recipients will open their emails and immediately "click" on their nefarious links.
