    This program keeps appearing, giving me an encountered problem warning. I have Windows 2003 and a Dell 2400 series. Forgive my ineptness on this, but I simply have not a clue on how to solve it. Slow internet and complete shutdowns have occured, please help !!

    My first impression is that you may have spyware...check in the spyware specific forum for instructions on how to ensure that your machine is free from malware.
