God help me...

Okay, yes, I am one of those totally clueless people who has no idea what their computer is doing. There could be little men with flashlights in a tiny library in there, doing all my work manually, and I would have no idea. It's not even my computer! I'm not even in my hometown right now!
Which makes my problem all the more important to me.
We've had a bunch of problems with Spyware. I don't know if that's pertinent to my current problem or not, but I thought I'd mention it.
Anyhow, it started when one day I was unable to access my Hotmail email account. It just wouldn't let me sign in to it, it kept re-directing me to the sign -in page. 'No problem", I thought, 'I'll just use my other email address'. But now I can't access that either! My computer keeps saying there's a gateway error! And it only seems to be happening with email. None of the other sites I go to have any problem (except they seem to take a really long time to load). And I can still access my email at work, just not from home. Please! Help me!

Anyway, it seems that your security settings may be getting in the way.
Open Internet Options in the Control Panel. Click the Security tab - then click Default level. Click Apply. Next click the Privacy tab- then click Default. Click Apply.
Try it again.
Hope this works.
