Goldmine Distribution List

Hi,

Let me start with what we are using:
Goldmine Premium Edition
Version 8.5.2.8 December 2009

We are trying to create a distribution list (which I can do) to send an email template (which I can do) to go to mulitple clients.
We would like the email template to extract the clients name and put it in the email, so we dont have to manually change the to: in each email. (about 130 addresses)
However, we would like to emails to sit in another users outbox for approval.
The other thing is each email we would like to add another attachment to it prior to sending it to the outbox. :confused

I hope all of this make sense.

I have used the user manual and their customer support help line.
Their suggestions, do not allow me to do what I mentioned in my original post.

I understand if no one uses the program, I just thought I would try my luck.
