Good Cd Burner?

I'm looking for a good, free burn program. the car I drive back and forth to work does not have a USB port for an ipod, so I need to burn a few disks. I have tried a couple, but none I've tried has the ability to keep the songs by group separate. If I pull across 4-5 different CD's, they all go into numerical order. I cannot pull them back together before burning? It just makes a random order group disk. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!---

most car cd players do not have enough intelligence to abide by how you have carefully named and/or numbered the different folders that contain your mp3 music [ the internet told me so ]. in my car, if i use a data cd with mp3 music on it, i have yet to figure out what logic it uses, the mp3 songs in each folder play the way i have it set, but the folder names seem to be sorted by some logic that escapes me, because it is certainly not how i tried to arrange the folders. so if i have to have songs in a certain order, then i'll burn an audio cd.

Well, now I feel stupid! I guess either would work? If I pull a full mp3 music CD over to burn it puts it all in order. If I pull a 2nd and 3rd it puts everything in order by track. I'll have 3 #1 tracks, 3 #2 tracks, 3 #4 tracks and so on? I'd like for them to stay in the order I'm pulling/adding them to the burn program.

Rip the CDs one at a time and rename them by changing the track numbers.
Use 1a, 1b, etc for the first CD. And 2a, 2b, etc. for the second, etc.
