Good cheap video card for secondary system.

I have an old gateway as on of my secondary systems. It has a 900mhz athlon 448 of sdram and a geforce3 ti200 and running windows me. I can put windows xp on it, if that might give it a speed boost for games. But i really wanted to know how much more powerful is the 5200fx than the old t200 ive heard that just because they are older cards that doesnt mean it will be slower. For example the 4600 is alot fast than the 5200 just not directx9. If the 5200 will give it a nice little boost i will go with that, but if they are accually about the same power then i will go with some thing a bit more. Any help with this will be appreciated.

 

5200= gf4 mx on steriods and poor dx9 capabilities since its a crappy gpu
