I love ginger beer. When I was little my grandparents used to make their own ginger beer (you should see the starter for that - UGH) and they would put it in glass bottles with real corks and put it under the house to age or whatever it's supposed to do. Periodically, usually in the middle of the night one would explode and scare the ... hmm ..oh - "bejabbers" out of us. Never had any that tasted that good since then

No, its not root beer. Its like ginger ale, but the ginger taste is very strong and spicy. Tastes like super strong ginger snaps.

 

I think I'll stick with iced tea.

Ginger beer is made with....ginger
and nasty, disgusting root beer is made with (most commonly) sasparilla root.(or so I'm told)

@laurieb, blue used to be the big import, I didn't like it wicked kick and too much like Bud for my taste. The green is way better.

The board is funny tonight. Two or three times in a row, pages pop up like normal,, then they get as slow I've ever seen it. This is frustrating.
