Good Financial Programs

I would like some info on good financial programs. I have been using Quicken but really get tired of the way windows keep popping up about categories, registering, etc. when I have clicked on Do Not Show This Window Again. Also, using Turbo Tax, when I download the Quicken info into TT, it doesn't use the categories I have set up. All the expenses are included but not in the way I'd like. I am thinking of using Microsoft Money but I had a problem using TaxCut last year so I am in a quandry. I would like a program in which I could keep all my business expenses and that could easily export into the tax program I choose to use. Any suggestions?

They actually make one of those tax programs.. I forget which one. Anyway, both taxcut and turbo tax can import quickbooks data.

My wife owns a successful CPA firm here in Syracuse and she uses this to run her own business along with some other specialized software that you've no need for .

 

I like AceMoney, but I've yet to try to load it into a tax program... ( my soon to be ex always did the taxes.)

Thanks, Kodo, but I already have Quicken and am getting a bit weary of some of its idiosyncrasies. Are there other programs that might prove more interesting and helpful. I don't need an in depth or complicated program. Any other suggestions?

 

Thanks for the info. I checked into AceMoney and I think it only handles one account which is a bit too simple. Any further ideas?
