Good links to Blackberry 8300 for newbies?

Well, I am finally doing it. The end of my PDA/Pokcet PC days. My new, unlocked Blackberry Curve 8300 will soon be here. Any good links to sites with thorough tutorials on the ins and outs of successful, painless Sync procedures with the desktop using Outllook 2007 for contact management, calendar, to do list, etc.?
