Good programs that monitor your system and resource usage

Are there any good programs out there that monitor your computers system resource usage and that you can edit within it.

Found this, not sure if it's any good, anyone try it or have something similar?

I tried CS Fire Monitor and really liked it untill it started causing blue screen errors

 

You don't specify what OS, but if you have XP,
I have been using FreeRAM XP Pro 1.40 for quite a while, and find it does a good job. It's small (544 Kb), and it's free.

That's what I use. Sweet program. Free's up lots O' RAM!

 

Cacheman XP is another good one. You can download it from here.

 

I'm sure there are other good programs here at MG downloads for this purpose, that also does a good job. FreeRAM XP Pro 1.40 is the one I use, and the one I know, so that's why i suggested it...

 

Hope you like it, but if not there are other ones.........I'm not parting with mine.
