Good Video Editor Software

    I need to find a good (reasonably priced) software package for video editing that allows me to create title slides, and has at least 2 levels of sub menus. Green screen capabilities would be a plus. Must have ability to add voice over, and/or music, and "slides" (JPG pictures)

    Any help in finding a package to do this would be gratefully accepted. thanks in advance
