Hi I have windows 8.1. Everytime I open Google Chrome I get tons of pop-ups . No matter what I set my controls on and also plug ins etc. It never stops, I tried to uninstall google chrome, but windows 8.1 keeps saying close all windows for google. I do and I still can't uninstall to reinstall a fresh copy. Help please, thank you in advance.

I avoid Chrome like the plague, but would suggest trying Revo Uninstaller first. And check task manager to see no Chrome processes are running beforehand.

I believe the free Revo does only 32 bit applications.
