Google redirect virus

    I have a google redirect virus,everytime i click on a result in google it redirects me to a fake search site,it started a few hours ago and mcafee was going crazy and deleting labeled trojans everywhere in my system folders but it stopped,mcafee hasnt picked up the source of the virus and i've tried other programs like TDSSkiller,malwarebites,and i've tried combofix but it just hangs up on me at "Scanning for infected files" help? This virus seems to be mostly harmless but i'll be d*mned if it's not annoying.

    if it helps,i just did a hijackthis scan and this is what came up:
