Google Search Problem

    Please attach the logs from the below two scans that were requested:
    • TDSSkiller
    • C:\MGlogs.zip from MGtools
    Also which browser are you using when you have this problem?

    Note that Deep Freeze may give you problems fixing anything.

    Ok...the filelog.txt file is the log file for the MGlogs. The TDSSkiller didn't find anything so i couldn't find a log.

    Deep freeze is not running on my system. It is disabled.

    I'm using internet explorer for my browser.

    No! As stated in the instructions and in my last message, C:\MGlogz.zip is the log from MGtools. We need this to get started. The other logs do not show any problems.

    The log is always created and is located in the root folder with a date and time stamp added to the name.
