I have a .GVI video file and I can't seem to play it successfully in any media players. I have the KLite Mega Codec Pack installed and I've tried using Media Player Classic and VLC. MPC errors out ("can't render file") and VLC plays the first 10 seconds or so (the full length is 2min 36sec) and then locks up for about 5 or 10 seconds. Then the progress slider keeps moving (very jumpily) but the picture stays the same and doesn't change, and the audio drops out. Yeah, I know it's a Google video file, and I haven't looked into using a Google player yet (is there a Google player?). Can someone shed some light on this? Can I convert it to a different format?

    Thanks.
