Got a ADMIN Problem!!!

Geeks, iam in a problem... Iam using XP Pro and my User access is set to COMPUTER ADMINISTRATOR. My system has a seperate administrator account with a password which i know. Recently my system denied access to a few programs like FOLDER OPTIONS, TweakUI XP(xtra program) and a few other.
The computer threw me a err msg stating that "The Program has been disabled by your adminsitrator". Moreover, iam not allowed to access the administrator account, even if i enter the correct password!!!! I have my latest norton updates installed and Spywares scanned. They show no bugs in my computer. Other administrator programs seems to be working fine. what could be the problem and what is the solution???

 

It sounds like malware but you say the PC is clean... hmmmm.... try a system restore to a date right before the problems occured. Maybe someone else with more experience with user accounts and their specific settings will see this post and give you hand.... I wish I had more info for ya

If you're getting the error "The Program has been disabled by your adminsitrator" then you have some malware in your system. I would recommend running the initial cleaning steps below. If you run these steps create a new thread in the Malware Forum and post your logs.

Thx for the suggestions, but my system is free from malware and all kinda bugs. My Antivirus is Norton and is Updated with last weeks definitions. My Spyware detector is SpyBot Search & Destroy. It is updated too... I don't have any system configuration utilities other than Tweak UI. It was also disabled. I have this problem for more than a month... Please guys gimme ur suggestions.....
