Got a new keyboard... PrtScr dosent work

Well, the actualy button does function when pressed, but not like its suposed to. On my previous keyboard, pressing the button copyed a screeny of my desktop to my clipboard for pasting into a graphics editing program such as IrfanView or Photoshop, or even AIM. Does anyone know how I could return this key to its original functionality? Ctrl-pressing it opens up the printer menue.... merf.... I emailed Compaq, and they just said a driver reinstall. Bah, they never help.

 

Turn off F-Lock, when using the key.

 

Try pressing Shift+prtscn. That's what i have to do on mine to get it to work.

The F-Lock idea/function is the stupidest damn thing to ever hit the market.

It doesnt speed up productivity, it slows it down.

You are right, about Compaq, too.

Most OEMs employ complete idiots for support.
