got malware

    hhob1943, I got the same problem! I deleted the mb.exe, but i still receive the annoying "system-error" pop-up almost every time I open a window, when I choose the "ok" it makes me download the mb.exe, which i will never ever do!
    so pls, tell me, how did u get rid of it?
    I'm so freaked out, I downloaded the SmitfraudFix from here and did the scan, but I don't know what to do with the rapport! I'm honestly afraid not to make things worse, I already cleaned up one virus off of my computer today... :(

    First, from now on you need to start your own thread when you have problems.

    Second, if you think you have malware, please completely follow the instructions in the READ & RUN ME FIRST. Malware Removal Guide and then post all the requested logs in a new thread in Malware Removal.
