GoToAssist won't start

    Vista Home Premium, 2GB RAM, IE7, BitDefender Internet Security 2009
    I connected with Dell thru GoToAssist last night. Worked fine. Tech installed a driver update then restarted my machine. After restart connection with GoToAssist was lost and now the service will not start.

    When I go to services and try to start it it tells me that it failed to start because it didn't respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion, error 1053.

    If I go into the event viewer it gives the following:
