Gotta luv my ISP!

I phoned them so that I could set up my account, monthly usage etc. so after 5 min. of talking with the nice tech and the issue was resolved, he then asks me if this call was useful to me!:confused I guess the call was being either recorded or monitored but I had a really tough time keeping the sarcasm out as it's not his fault. :-DBTW, my provider has excellent customer service! Looking now to hook into their phone service, cheaper rates than Bell, free modem and installation. Looks really good.

Nope, never heard of them. I'm with Videotron, Quebec's main cable supplier and I don't want to go DSL with Bell, there's too many complaints by friends. I'll pay a bit more for a good connection.

 

Videotron is great! Unlike with Bell, I still haven't gotten any negative comments about their services...Bell monopolizes all the complaints I've heard from friends. When we first got our computer, ages ago,lol we had gotten an installation kit from Bell, however at that time they didn't want to sell us the modem, :cry I was told there was no way of buying one, but I would need to rent it. We sent the kit back the same day and went with Videotron...after all these years, I have but praise to give about their services. :-D The fact that you can combine all 3 services (Internet, phone and Cable) to get a better rates is a definit plus.
