GRA & APPLICATION ERROR

HI,
Been getting GRA error followed by application error on desktop. These errors only display when I shut down computer and restart again. I know it has something to do with Gateway Resource Assistant. Can anyone help? GRA,This program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down. If the problem persists,contact the program vendor. WHen I close this error then APPLICATION ERROR displays saying Exception E Convert Error in module GRA.EXE at 000088AE.6' is not a valid interger value. Thanks for any help.

 

Try disabling it in Startup. Click Start > Run, then type msconfig > and then click OK.

Click on the Startup tab, scroll down and locate gra.exe, uncheck, click Apply and restart the computer.

See if that stops the error(s).
