Grand Theft Auto 3 Multiplayer

Anyone tried it, sounds like a good idea. Apparently the code was left in the game, these guys have enabled and tweaked it.

I just downloaded it, going to re-install the game later today..

 

Plays, its jumpy, hard to tell whos on what team, but it works. It is a beta and I suspect it will never run perfectly. If I understand it correctly, the code for multiplayer was left in the game, these guys are making it work. Theres a reason it wasnt included with the game, one can assume its because the code sucked. Im assuming that kids are doing this judging by comments about school and spelling along the lines of 6th grade or so, on their websites, readmes and even in the launchers. Makes me wonder if these guys are bright enough to do anything more then a front end, I am not so sure they should be hacking code
