Graphics card help?!

Okay, I need a new graphics card which will be able to cope with all the latest games etc. I know nothing about graphics cards so I dont know what is compatible and which one I need. If you could help that would be great

 

That is a pretty open ended question... Info on what type of computer you plan on putting it into and its specs are required.
