graphics card

    hey im trying to install this graphics card (pny geforce 9600 gso)
    we put it in and tried to install the driver.. and then other ones to see if it would work and sooo after it didnt i did a sweep to remove them and took the card out and put it back in.
    after that the computer wouldnt come on and the graphics card started to get hot.
    I took it out and my computer turned on again like normal...
    what am i doing wrong.. how do i get it to work again?
