Which graphics card do I need to run 3 screens
I have a Toshiba A135 it has a monitor out and a S-vidio out (which I use now)
the laptop screen is off
It has a Intel Graphics Media Accelerator Driver for Mobile(dual display only)

running Win 7 pro 32-bit 2 gb of ram

can I change the driver or do I have to buy a card?

Changing your driver will not change your hardware and your laptop does not have room for an internal video card. You may consider a USB video adapter: http://www.newegg.com/USB-Display-Adapters/SubCategory/ID-3046?Tid=19429&Order=RATING
