Graphics problem in counter-strike:source

Hi, I've been having this problem for quite a while now. I tried updating my video card drivers, DX, etc. and nothing is working. The problem is a constant flickering of the screen while I'm playing and in the menus, nothing during the loading screens. The screen will flicker black, or white, completely randomly between 1-20 times every minute. I tried many of the methods on the Steam support site, such as removing nVidia network software, and nothing has worked. Sometimes, there will be an odd chance that it will work perfectly without it if I alt-tab out and back into the game before connecting to a server, or some other seemingly random occurrence I can't seem to duplicate. PLEASE help, as this is becoming unplayable for me!

What are your computer specs (video card, CPU, motherboard, PSU...)
