Graphics Problem (NVIDIA GF6600 256MB)

If you look at the attachment, you can see that graphics are not rendering properly. If i click a block where one of the errors is stemming from, that bit goes away and renders fine.


Can someone help me fix this?

It seems to happen on most PC games now. I think a setting has been changed or something.

I have tested my video card with 3D mark and it perfectly rendered the intensive sequence with the flying boat over water with the huge dragon. So it can't be my video card. It also plays dvd's fine with hardware deinterlacing and is even fine upscaling frame rate and upscaling to HD.

Did you run dxdiag to see if there you have any DirectX issues? Something in your video driver may have gotten corrupted and a driver reinstall may solve the problem. If you do decide to do a driver reinstall, after removal using control panel, remove anything left with Driver Sweeper. Then reinstall.

 

I've removed and reinstalled my driver etc... but still nothing.

I know it's not the card as it can still hardware deinterlaced dvd's and even upscale them to HD.

 

Looks like it's an OpenGL problem.

I started to play Counter Strike: Online in OpenGL mode and it showed many graphics errors. I then switched it to D3D and it is fine.

Anyone know how to reinstall OpenGL?
