    Have you checked temperatures?

If you know how, or feel confident to remove the side of the computer,-----
Generally, to clean the inside of your computer, you should remove the mains cable, as most modern computers keep a residual power, even when switched off. Then take antistatic precautions, wrist strap/ keep touching a radiator or earthed pipe, WAIT UNTIL COMPUTER IS COLD - DON'T touch anything inside, use a compressed air can (available at any half decent pc store), and blow out around the graphics card, and ram, and cpu heatsink, very carefully.
This will, often solve problems , just cleaning fluff , and dust will stop arcing which can be caused by it.

I cleaned all the fluff and dust from my computer but it still has choppy graphics.
Is there anything else i can do?

O.K, that, at least should eliminate dust/fluff short circuits.
Did you run Everest 220, to check on temperatures ?

Your hard drive seems a bit on the warm side (mine's at 28 C)
It is possible that the graphics crd is getting a little hot.

If the mx 400 has a fan, it could be clogged, or, spinning slowly- this can help make the graphics card overheat, if it is getting too hot.
I can only suggest, otherwise to try it with the side off, to see if it still shows the loss of pixels, and if it does not, then a better/anther extractor fan would help to lower temperatures.

I can only suggest that you post this in the games forum, and give the link to this thread, and someone with more help on the graphics side, might just find an answer for you.
Good luck, and sorry I cannot offer more help on this.
