    Hi

I have some folders and files that are green in colour on a shared network drive. When trying to open these files I am getting denied by administrator. I have checked the NTFS permissions and 'Everyone' has full control. Further to this I have taken ownership using the domain admin for the folders and files in question and still cannot open/copy/move them.

From what I have read up on so far I understand that they have been encrypted and have tried to uncheck 'Encrypt contents to secure data' in the Advanced Attributes but I get denied from doing this also.

    Suggestions please?

To get any assistance you will probably have to give a convincing explanation of why you think you should be able to access these files.
