green spots 9800gt card

Last week I upgraded from a nvidia 8600 to nvidia 9800gt
then i had a 450watt psu but was getting green pixel lines and clusters on my screen.
so today i installed an 800 watt psu and it worked great for about 1 hour then bam they came back and ive searched for hours on how to fix this.
ive reinstalled drivers about 4 times now and there still there. wondering if anyone has had this problem or knows how to fix it??
