Greetings all.I need help LOL

Greetings all I need help LOl and hello seriously from me to you.I am learning to build my comp and i need some help . I got a problem as my CPU is running at 74 degrees celccius that Canadian term LOL. I even got to house fans blowining inside the case to lower the heat off cpu but to know avail am i having luck.:cry Now I figured i am going to have to buy a new CPU cooling system but I someone told me you have to be specific on buying the system.How would one go about doing that when one is not sure how to use the internet properly.As I have tried to put CPU number i think or motherboard number in plus the name but when i go to Cooling systems everything to me looks the same as i am not understanding the amd's orthe ATX's? how would i be more specific to what I need.Please and thankyou

 

Hello and ty for the response i do have a heat sink fan but not sure about the other lol sorry I am learning to rebuild my comp as i actually put in my own Power supply the other day which took me all day ...But as for the cooling fan yes deffinately in there..although a friend of mine told me that it could be on backwards but if it is how would i actually know that it is on backwards?

I also have been searching online about the CPU itself to try and give me an Idea of what type of a cooling fan I need to get...But unfortantely I find cooling fans but it doesn't say if it matches up with my CPU model number.Unles i am doing something wrong in trying to find what i need?
