Greetings from a Newbie

Hello All,

Thought I'd post a greeting before I beg for help in the proper forum.

Also, since I've registered, allow me to say a great big "Thanks!" for help I got last year with a problem with malware on my work computer. I didn't end up needing to register, just read the boards for similar problems, but the advice I found here was so hugely helpful (certainly more so than my IT person who basically left me to fend for myself). I'd have been lost with your help, seriously.

So now I'm off to see if I can get my home pc back online...

You're right, the malware crew does a fantastic job of helping people, even by proxy with the information and guides they post.
