Your quote is great. I use a similar version at my call center on a daily basis. When one of my agents have a bad call, they must stand up, walk around for a minute, get focused again and return to the battle. Life is not made for the weak, but a prize fighter that can go the distance. Take and give punches for 15 rounds and if you do,you will win!
