I'm loninappleton and I pursue a few tech subjects on
older equipment.

I need info on motherboard testing without a case. In other words,
I'm having problems testing a motherboard without a case or the
power/reset/hdd headers attached to anything.

Please direct me to the right forum topic.

Ideally, I would like a device with LEDs on it to plug into the
motherboard header and be able to power on and off just as if the
case were fully zipped up.
