Greetings I'm New!

I was hoping I could get some help. I downloaded and ran Combo-fix to locate a virus on my Dell PC. The combo fix unregistered my legal windows XP license my PC now says I may be the victim of piracy. Called Microsoft and they verified my key but said unless i paid them $100 there was nothing they could do. Does anyone here have any advice?

What i would recommend first is going to the malware fourms and starting out there to make sure you no longer have any virus or malware.
