Grey Screen - Prob Sig 5&6

Out of nowhere my Dell Inspiron (Vista) restarted and now it won't reboot. Are there any work-arounds besides a full system reboot? Grey Screen everytime, the startup repair software can't get anything going and I cannot get into safe mode either.
