Gridinsoft Antimalware Results

Hi,
I use Windows XP X64 and Firefox. For the past couple of months, my pc has been running very slow while on line. It takes about 20 seconds for pages to open when it used to take 3 or 4 seconds. My computer programs run fine, no slowdown at all.

I've been running SuperAntiSpyware, MBAM and Spybot S&D but they only occasionally find a few cookies.

Today, I downloaded and installed Gridinsoft Antimalware from Major Geeks. The program runs for a couple of minutes, lists the malware it found and then shuts off without fixing the problems or giving me the opportunity to fix them.

I've attached a screenshot. Can somebody help me delete these items?

I also just ran avz and I attached the log. Again, I'm not sure what to do.
