   Hi: When trying to turn on Win 10 Defender, I receive the error message attached...I have Administrator Privileges, but I have no idea how to correct this...Any help appreciated! Thanks...

   you need to go to run command and type in gpedit.msc and you need to locate the following Computer Configuration/Administrative Templates/Windows Components/Windows Defender and turn it on to not configured.
