GTA: Vice City custom car trouble.

Ive been adding custom cars since GTA2 and have often had trouble with game crashes etc but ive ironed out the problems eventually by going through all the text files and finding the errors. But recently I added a custom car to GTA: VC and have not been able to totally fix the car. I managed to get the car to stop crashing the game and also get it to appear in the game. But when I try to get in the car (or even touch it), shoot a wheel or any other part of the car it suddenly shoots up into the sky in a spinning motion and then either catches fire in the air and explodes or it drops back down to earth then bounces off into the sky again. Its starting to get really annoying.

Was wondering if anyone had some advice on what to do.

The car I replaced was the cheetah. Below are the lines from the carcols file, the handling file and the default.ide. I think the problem lies somewhere within the default.ide.

Never mind. The error was in the handling file. Just went back and customised the cars stats myself. It handles really well now. Its also the fastest car in the game as well.
