   Users may find that the GWX app has been reinstalled in the MS March updates though the icon may not be showing. Open the GWX app and delete any Win 10 programs.

   I run GWX CP and sure as s**t KB3035583 showed in the updates list. Since GWX CP doesn't "react" until the update is downloaded, I just hide it in the list.
