your Symantec Internet Security Firewall block it from attempting to hack your port. One possibility is that you attempted to access internet site whileas site attempted to retrieve your privacy info from your computer by hacking into the port.

Are you connecting to DSL Line? If so, then you need to check your firewall configuration in your DSL Router and see if it enable.
