half-speed 512kb l2 cache

    Right now, my old p3 chip has a 512kb l2 cache, but everest says it's running at half-speed.

    How do I get it to run at full-speed?

    Err...550mhz? Pentium 3? What do you need to know :S

    Unless its a Coppermine, it will not run at full speed. It will run at 50% of CPU clock.

    Chances are, thats Katmai core. I'm almost positive.
